The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 25.01.2025, filed for conducting an enquiry into the irregular grant of permission in favour of Sri Sri Sri Mahayogini Rooparahitha Ahimsa Yogishwara Veera Dharmaraja Matha. 3. Sri T. Venu Gopal, learned Standing Counsel for Endowments appearing for respondent Nos.3 and 4, has submits that the permission, earlier accorded to the said Sri Sri Sri Mahayogini Rooparahitha Ahimsa Yogishwara Veera Dharmaraja Matha has been withdrawn vide proceedings Rc.No.E2/5734/2024, dated 15.07.2025. 4.
