By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed following relief: "(i) Issue a order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding directing the respondent authority to consider the grievance of the petitioner regarding payment of pension amount since dated 16.10.2023 of the petitioner alongwith suitable interest within stipulated period" Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard, petitioner has already approached the authority concerned by moving representation dated 15.3.2024. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event direction is issued to the competent authority to decide the application of the petitioner in a time bound period. In view of aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of with direction respondent authority to look into and consider the application of the petitioner and decide the same within a period of six weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
