ORAL ORDER
1. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 17.12.2025, seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. The said memo reads as follows:
"The Counsel for the petitioner respectfully submits that the present petition was filed impugning the inquiry proceedings conducted by Respondent No.1. However, during the pendency of the present petition, Respondent No.1 concluded its inquiry and the Petitioner was found to be not guilty of sexual harassment at the workplace as defined under the Sexual Redressal) Act, 2013. As such, the petitioner seeks liberty of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the present petition.
WHEREFORE, in light of the foregoing, it is respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may

be pleased to take the present memorandum on record, and permit the petitioner to withdraw the present petition, in the interest of justice and equity."
