Indisputably, the petitioner has already been paid compensation under the Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatana Kalyan Yojna. Thus, it has to be examined whether the claim is admissible or not. Since the claim has yet not been examined, we do not consider it appropriate to express any opinion on the aspect at this stage. 3. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with direction to respondent no. 2 to take appropriate decision on the application of the petitioner for compensation under the Hit & Run Motor Vehicles Accident Scheme, 2022, within eight weeks from the date of communication of the instant order alongwith photocopy of the claim application. .
