AMARNATH GOUD ORDER 14.05.2025 Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. [2] This present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- “i. Issue Rule upon the Respondents to show cause as to why Writ in the nature of mandamus and/or Order or direction/directions shall not be issued whereby directing the Respondents to sanction and provide regular monthly pension to the Petitioner under CCS(Pension) Rules 1972 from the date of her retirement on 31.10.2023. ii. Issue Rule upon the Respondents to show cause as to why Writ in the nature of mandamus and/or Order or direction/directions shall not be issued whereby directing the Respondents to extend all ancillary & consequential benefits with arrears w.e.f. 31.10.20023, i.e. from the date on which the petitioner has retired from service. iii. Make the rules absolute, iv. Call for records.” [3] After perusal of the record, it is seen that the petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 04.09.2024 addressing to the Managing Director, Tripura State Electricity Corporation Limited, Agartala, West Tripura in connection with release of regular monthly pension but, till date the petitioner got no reply from the concerned respondent. [4] In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.3 to consider the case of the petitioner in light of the representation dated 04.09.2024 within a period of 03(three) months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order in accordance with law. With the above observation and direction, this present writ petition stands disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous application(s), pending if any, shall stand closed.
