The present application has been filed praying for correction of the order dated 13.02.2025 passed by this court in AB No. 233/2025. In the said order, the petitioners were directed to appear before learned Judicial Magistrate, Hatsingimari in connection with PRC No. 469/2024. Mr. Ahmed has submitted that the said PRC is pending in the court of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hatsingimari and the order aforesaid is required to be corrected. After hearing the learned counsel for both the sides, I find force in the submission of Mr. Ahmed, learned counsel for the applicants. Accordingly, the petitioners mentioned in the order dated 13.02.2025 passed by this court in AB No. 233/2025 shall appear before the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hatsingimari in connection with PRC No. 469/2024 instead of learned Judicial Magistrate, Hatsingimari. The remaining portion of the said order shall remain as it is. Page No.# 3/3 This order shall form a part of the order dated 13.02.2025 passed by this court in AB No. 233/2025.
