ORDER:
The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioners seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“.... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 3 to 5 herein in interfering in civil litigations and attempting to conduct survey at the instance of the 6th respondent herein in the land in an extent of Ac.2.55 cents in Sy.No.274/11 of Tugundram Village, G.D.Nellore Mandal, Chittoor District, without any authority of law is highly arbitrary, illegal, null and void and against the principles of natural justice and violative of fundamental rights apart from Art. 300 A of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents 3 to 5 herein not to interfere with the petitioners' land in an extent of Ac. 2.55 cents in Sy. No. 274/11 of Tugundram Village, G.D.Nellore Mandal, Chittoor District and to pass ...”
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent State. Perused the material on record.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on oral instructions would submit that there are civil disputes pending between Petitioners and respondent No.6 and in that regard, civil suit is pending before the competent Civil Court. Respondent never interfered in the civil disputes between the parties

and would submit that this Writ Petition may be disposed of by passing appropriate orders.
Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of.
In the light of the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
