Safdar, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. Mr. G.S. Sandhu, learned AAG along with Mr. Pradeep Lohani, learned Brief Holder for the State. 3. The present applicant-Sarfaraz Ansari is praying for anticipatory bail in respect of FIR lodged on 03.06.2025 bearing FIR No.0175 of 2025, Police Station-Jhabreda, District Haridwar, which was lodged against unknown person for the offence punishable under Section 140(3) of BNS, 2023 lodged by one Muskan W/o Naushad about missing of her husband from 17.04.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the officials of investigating agency are repeatedly harassing the applicant though neither the applicant is named in the FIR, nor there is any such link evidence with the missing of the husband of the complainant. 5. He further submits that the applicant moved an application for surrender before the trial Court and since then the Investigating Agency is harassing the applicant. It is also submitted that specific averment has been made with regard to the harassment in para Nos.14 and 18 of the application and since there is an apprehension of arrest, the applicant may be granted anticipatory bail. 6. On the other side, Mr. G.S. Sandhu, learned AAG submits that the averment as made in Para Nos. 14 and 18 of the affidavit are completely vague since no date, time has been mentioned and on written instruction, he submits that though the investigation is going on and up till date nothing has been found against the applicant. In such an eventuality, since the investigation is going on and up till date, nothing has been found 2025:UHC:5252 against the applicant, there is no any question of any apprehension and, therefore, the statement as given in Para Nos.14 and 18 is without any substance. 7.
