The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC seeking quashing of proceedings initiated under Section 82 CrPC in connection with FIR No. 869/2023 under Sections 307/325/341/506/34 IPC registered at Police Station Burari. 2. None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called out. 3. However, the learned APP, on instructions from the I.O, who is present in Court, informs the Court that the present petition has been rendered infructous, in as much as, the petitioner was arrested and thereafter released on bail. 4.
