Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Notice. Mr. Y.P.S. Dhaulta, Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard at this stage. 2. This writ petition has been filed for the grant of the following substantive reliefs: - “(i) That the respondents may be ordered to fix pay of the petitioners as Junior Assistants in the pay scale of Rs.5000-8100 instead of Rs.4400-7000 from the dates they were promoted as Junior Assistants, with all benefits incidental thereof and the pay of the petitioners may be fixed accordingly.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has preferred a representation dated 26.11.2024 (Annexure P-2) to the respondents for redressal of the 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes grievances as raised in the writ petition. However, the said representation has not yet been decided by the respondents/competent authority. 4. Having regard to the afore-submissions, but without examining the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with directions to the Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from today. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, to also stand disposed of.
