The petitioner is the wife, seeking transfer of HMOP No.93 of 2024 before the Principal Sub Court at Pudukkottai. No.431 of 2025 __________ Page2 of 3 residents of Chennai and the respondent is also employed in Royal Enfield at Chennai, Thiruvottriyur Plant and there is no prejudice caused to the respondent, if the proceedings for transfer to the Sub Court, Alandur, where the husband/respondent attending the DVC proceedings already. 3. In the light of the above, I do not see any impediment for acceding the request for transfer of the request of the wife. The petition is accordingly allowed. The proceedings in HMOP. No.93 of 2024 is withdrawn from the file of the Principal Sub Court at Pudukkottai and transferred to the Sub Court at Alandur. It is made clear that since the matter being and not a Family Court, the Principal Sub Judge shall not ordinarily insist on the physical presence of both the petitioner and the respondent. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
