The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 548 of 2024 arising out of Jorapokhar P.S. Case No. 93 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 413, 414, 34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge, IV, Dhanbad. 3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 8410 of 2024 by order dated 09.01.2025. 4. During the intervening night of 14/15.06.2024, Jorapokhar Police while on patrolling duty apprehended the petitioner alongwith co-accused persons from a place near Barari Pond. It is alleged that the accused persons were distributing booty of theft. They had committed theft at various places at Bokaro, Bengal and Dhanbad. On search, several mobile phones were recovered from their possession. 5. Earlier Bail Application of the petitioner was rejected only on the ground that he had got criminal antecedent. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. 7.
