Mr. Prashant Chauhan, Advocate vice Mr. Ashok Kumar, Advocate, for the petitoner. Pursuant to the order of the Hon’ble Court dated 28.04.2025 the petitioner has produced Sh. Yash Pal, S/o Sh. Bija Ram , R/o Biran P.O Khaneol Bagra, Tehsil Karsog, District Mandi, H.P as his surety. Learned counsel for the petitioner has identified the petitioner and the surety. Photographs of the petitioner and surety are affixed and personal bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000 /- with one surety in the like amount has been furnished today. Along with personal bond, copy of Aadhar Cards of the surety as well as copy of Jamabandi for the year 2020-2021 have been furnished. The personal and surety bonds are hereby attested and accepted by me. Petitioner has been made aware in Hindi of the conditions imposed by the Hon’ble Court. Petitioner be released forthwith.
