01. This is an application filed by the applicants/ petitioners seeking permission of this Court to file the present writ petition in representative capacity.
02. For the reasons stated in the application coupled with submissions made at Bar, the same is allowed and the applicants/petitioners are permitted to file the writ petition in representative capacity. Notice to be issued through publication in two Daily Local newspapers having wide circulation in the area at the expenses to be borne by the applicants/petitioners.
03. CM is disposed of accordingly.

04. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners in representative capacity and the learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing for a while, submits that he would feel satisfied if the present writ petition is
disposed of at this stage with direction to the Respondents 2 and 3 to treat the same as representation on behalf of the petitioners and accord consideration to the same within some reasonable time frame.
05. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Ilyas Nazir Laway, learned Government Advocate enters appearance on behalf of respondents and is not averse to the disposal of the instant petition at this stage or else to the submission made by the counsel for the petitioners. However, he submits that the representation of the petitioners would be considered in accordance with the rules and as per law occupying the field.

With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the instant writ petition is taken up for final disposal at this threshold stage and is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the Respondents 2 and 3 to treat this writ petition as representation on behalf of the petitioners and accord consideration to the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with copy of writ petition and the annexures appended
thereto, strictly in conformity with the rules and as per law. The order of consideration which is likely to be passed by the said respondents be provided to the Petitioner No. 1 through registered post.
07. Writ petition disposed of along with connected CM(s) in the manner indicated above.
