Mr. Rajarshi Basu Mr. Ananda dulal Sarkar …for the State. Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that there has been interference at the behest of the private respondents so far as his property is concerned. It has been categorically stated that the petitioner is obstructed from cultivating his own land and when resisted he is being attacked by the private respondents. To that effect, information was submitted on or about 07.12.2024 to the Inspector- in-Charge, Barjora Police Station. Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that at the relevant point of time proceedings were drawn up under section 126/135 of the BNSS. Since substantial time has passed, I direct the petitioner that in case he is still facing the same inconveniences he would file a fresh representation 2 to the Officer-in-Charge of Barjora Police Station who would take steps in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations WPA 2268 of 2025 is disposed of. Report submitted be kept with the record.
