In this petition, the petitioner is assailing the Sale Notice dated 28.02.2022 (Annexure-A) issued by the respondent-Bank. 3. Taking into consideration the Sale Notice issued is challenged in the present writ petition, the petitioner is having efficacious remedy by approaching the competent Tribunal for redressal of his grievance. In view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner. 4.
