The following prayers have been made in the instant writ petition: "(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.4 restraining him in execution of illegal, without jurisdictional order dated 16.05.2023 passed in misconceived application No. T20230711300968 in re: Kamla Kant Tripathi Versus Srawan Kumar and others and to restore the petitioner in previous position over and above house no. 184 Old/New 7084 Ward No. 23 Tulsipur Nagar Palika Parishad Atarra, Banda. (ii) To issue suitable direction to the respondent no.4 to recall his illegal and without jurisdictional order dated 16.05.2023 aforesaid. (iii) To issue direction to respondent no.1 to take disciplinary action against the respondent nos. 2 to 10 who have been forceable dislodging without adopting any legal procedure and disconnected electric connection on 16.07.2025 on behaste of respondent no.4 to the petitioner." 2. Sri Shashi Kant Shukla, learned counsel appearing on behalf of private respondents, at the very outset, submits that the instant petition has been filed by concealment of the material fact that petitioner challenged the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Krishna Mohan, Rohit Varma Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Sant Ram Sharma, Shashi Kant Shukla Srawan Kumar .....Petitioner(s) The State Of U.P. And 11 Others .....Respondent(s) same order dated 16.05.2023 by filing criminal revision and it was dismissed on 29.02.2024 thereafter, he preferred a petition under Article 227 of the B.N.S.S., 2023 before this Court against the rejection of his criminal revision and the same is pending. 3. At this stage, counsel for the petitioner states that he is not pressing the writ petition. 4. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. September 8, 2025 A.
