It is submitted that the Respondent No.3 is claiming to have land lying to the south of the Petitioner's land. The Respondent No.3 has filed O.S.No.2835/2016 against the Petitioner for declaration, possession and injunction. The Petitioner has also filed O.S.No.9024/2014 against the Respondent No.3 for permanent injunction. In those suits evidence is concluding. In that view the parties will await decisions in the civil proceedings.
