The present Habeas Corpus Writ Petition has been filed with a prayer to issue a writ, in the nature of Habeas Corpus commanding respondent nos. 3, 4 and 5 shall produce the petitioner No. 2 before this Hon'ble Court for taken statement and send with petitioner no. 1 who is legal/husband of the petitioner no. 2 of the detenue corpus. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that a suit under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act for Restitution of Conjugal Rights is already pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ballia bearing Case No. 314 of 2025 (Jeetu Kumar vs. Sandhya). Considering the aforesaid fact, the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ballia shall expedite the said matter. With the aforesaid direction, the Habeas Corpus Writ Petition is disposed of.
