State of U.P. & another) under Section 7-A of the Uttar Pradesh (Regulation of Building Operations) Act, 1958 pending before him within some stipulated period. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits of the issue, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the Authority concerned to decide the aforesaid Case No. 99 of 2023 (Jayanti Devi Vs. State of U.P. & another) under Section 7-A of the Uttar Pradesh (Regulation of Building Operations) Act, 1958, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably, within three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, without according unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
