In this writ petition, petitioner has sought for appointment of an Arbitrator for resolution of dispute as per the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:50082 CMP No. 348 of 2023 Clause 8(b) of the Final Membership Agreement produced at Annexure-A to the writ petition. 3. Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as to the dispute between the petitioner and the respondent and also the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the agreement itself is void, however the said aspect has to be resolved by appointing an Arbitrator as per Clause 8 of the Final Membership Agreement as at Annexure-A. 4. Accordingly, Shri. S.R. Somasekhara, retired District Judge, is hereby appointed as the Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties herein. 5.
