5. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Katkamsandi P.S. Case No. 277/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 109(2), 115(2), 117(2), 329(3), 303(2), 324(4), 140(1) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of Miss Shikha Rani Tigga, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh.
6. On 29.12.2024 at about 11:00 A.M., petitioners alongwith co- accused persons had gone to the house of the informant. They started assaulting the informant and his family members. They also sprayed chili powder on husband of the informant. Thereafter, the accused persons abducted her husband in a scorpio. However, he was recovered after two hours.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that husband of the informant had entered into four agreements for sale of land with father of the petitioners, for which consideration amount of Rs. 1.44 crore was paid as an advance. It was further submitted that husband of the informant was not executing the sale deed. The petitioners and her family members had gone to the house of the informant to request him to execute the sale deed. However, some altercation took place due to which this case was registered.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.
9. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are
directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss Shikha Rani Tigga, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh or her successor in connection with Katkamsandi P.S. Case No. 277/2024.
