The petitioner, an eligible poor lady living on rent, applied online (Application No. 12200214 dated 24.12.2020) with all required documents and was allotted House No. S-234 through a lottery on
21.09.2021. On 22.02.2025, PDA informed that the allotment letter had returned undelivered and asked her to collect it. She was
directed to deposit Rs.54,000/-, which she did on 25.02.2025, yet the allotment letter was not handed over. Eventually, on 01.04.2025, she received an allotment letter dated 26.12.2024

directed that the petitioner's grievance shall be examined and appropriate decision be taken by the competent authority in accordance with law and the applicable scheme within a period of three weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this
order.
6. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
