P. -------- 02/ Dated 21.03.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Patratu (Bhadaninagar) P.S. Case No. 163 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 385/387/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Ms. Sanjibita Guin, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Ramgarh. On 12.06.2024 at about 12:30 Noon, four masked persons came on two motorcycles to worksite of the informant and demanded rangdari. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that no money was transferred to the accused persons. It was also submitted that similarly situated co-accused Suraj Singh has been granted bail by this Court earlier in B.A. No.1501/2025. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Sanjibita Guin, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Ramgarh, or her successor, in connection with Patratu (Bhadaninagar) P.S.
