The case of the petitioner is that he is serving as Clerk in the office of the Deputy Commissioner Lahaul & Spiti at Keylong, w.e.f. 29.02.2016. After completion of his normal tenure at the present place of posting, petitioner sent a representation on 06.06.2024 (Annexure P-4) through 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - proper channel to respondent No.2, seeking his transfer from tribal area to a soft area of his choice, however, the representation has not been decided as yet. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 /Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable transfer policy within a period of three weeks from today.
