The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for a direction to respondents No. 2 & 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 02.01.2025. 2. In the said representation made to District Magistrate, Shamli, the petitioner has alleged that his neighbours have constructed a chhajja which projects five feet inside the property of the petitioner. The prayer made is that an enquiry be held and action be taken for getting the chhajja removed. 3. The neighbours of the petitioner, who have allegedly constructed the chhajja, have not been impleaded as party to the instant writ petition. Moreover, we are of the considered opinion that the District Magistrate, on the administrative side, would have no jurisdiction to take any decision in respect of such a dispute. 4.
