The petitioner has brought to the notice of the Court that order dated 24.10.2024, passed in WPMS No. 2857 of 2024, Rajesh Rawat Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others has been wilfully disobeyed by the respondents. On 24.10.2024, this Court has given liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application for demarcation and further directions were issued to the Sub Divisional Magistrate concerned to decide the application within six months. Today, learned State Counsel, under instructions, submits that the delay took place due to adjournments having been sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, who is appearing before the Sub Divisional Magistrate concerned. He submits that everything has been done in the matter. Now, the matter is listed on 26.09.2025 for final hearing and within a week, the matter will be decided. He tendered the written instructions for perusal of the Court. Since statement has been given that the matter will be decided within a week. The Court takes on record the statement given by the learned State Counsel. In fact, the instructions, which has been tendered for perusal of the Court, is taken on record. In view of it, no further action is required to be taken in the matter. The contempt proceedings are closed accordingly.
