01. After arguing for a while, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits he would feel satisfied in case the present writ petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to the respondents to treat the instant writ petition as representation on behalf of the petitioner and accord
consideration to the same within some reasonable time frame.
02. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he has served a legal notice to the respondents on 8th March, 2023, however, till date, the admitted liability
to the tune of Rs. 78.00 lacs has not been released in favour of the petitioner.
03. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Waseem Gul, learned Government Advocate enters appearance on behalf of respondents and is not averse to the disposal of the instant petition at this stage or else to the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner. However, he submits that the representation of the petitioners would be considered in accordance with the rules and as per law occupying the field.

Without commenting upon the merits of the instant case, since an innocuous prayer has been made, the instant writ petition is taken up for final disposal with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties at this threshold stage and is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the respondents to treat this writ petition as representation on behalf of the petitioners and accord consideration to the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with copy of writ petition and the annexures appended thereto, strictly in conformity with the rules and as per law. The order of consideration which is likely to be passed by the respondents be provided to the petitioner through registered post.
05. While according consideration to the representation of the petitioner, the respondents shall give due weightage to the communication dated 17th March, 2025. issued by
the Principal, Government Medical College, Anantnag to the Managing Director, JKMSCL.
06. Writ petition disposed of along with connected CM(s) in the manner indicated above.
