Dutta, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was Page No.# 2/2 granted interim anticipatory bail on 20.02.2025 and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, he has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co- operated on the investigation. 3. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Mr. Das has produced the case diary of South Salmara P.S. Case no. 04/2025 and has submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement under Section 180 of BNSS has also been recorded. He also submits that in the statement of one of the main accused, namely, Habizur Miah is the employee of the present petitioner and whose statements are also recorded, however, he has not implicated the present petitioner in his statement. 4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that at this stage there are no incriminating materials against the present petitioner in the case diary. 5. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and also in view of the fact that the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has co-operated in the investigation, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 20.02.2025 is hereby made absolute with condition no. 2 attached to the said order remaining intact. 6.
