Learned advocate Ms. Rohini Acharya appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner will make a representation to the Chief O&icer, Dhari Municipality, District Amreli within a period of one week from today and Dhari Municipality may be directed to consider the same and if *nds merit in the representation made by the petitioner, the Municipality may send the proposal to the Commissioner / Regional Commissioner, Municipal Administration on or before 31.12.2025 and thereafter within a period of three months thereafter the State may be directed to take a decision upon the same. 2. The aforesaid submission was not objected by learned advocates appearing for the Municipality and State and accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation for her grievance within a period of one week from today to the Chief O&icer, Dhari Municipality and upon receipt of the representation, if the respondent – Dhari Municipality *nds merit C/SCA/8043/2025 ORDER DATED: 11/11/2025 in the representation of the petitioner, then the Municipality may forward a proposal to the Commissioner / Regional Commissioner, Municipal Administration on or before 31.12.2025 and the Commissioner / Regional Commissioner, Municipal Administration whosoever is empowered to consider the same, is directed to take a decision upon the same within a period of three months thereafter. 3. In view of above direction, the present petition stands disposed of. Notice is discharged. No order as to costs. It is clari*ed that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter.
