By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 12, Azamgarh to expedite the proceedings of case no. 4311 of 2023, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506 IPC and to decide the same within time stipulated by this Court, which is pending before the aforesaid court. 3. It was submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is the complainant of the aforesaid case and he has filed the above-stated complaint against the private respondents in the year 2023 but no substantial progress in trial has been made so far. Learned counsel further submits that a direction may be issued to the concerned court to decide the aforesaid complaint case within specific time frame. 4. In view of aforesaid, the trial court concerned is directed to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case and to decide the same as early as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, provided there is no legal impediment. 5.
