Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to respondent Nos. 2 to 10, mostly respondent No.2 to 6 not to interfere in construction of house of the petitioner over the plot/house No.406 situates in Mohalla Kamta Prasad Ki Gali, Wasliganj, House No.406, Ward No.7, Post-City and District Mirzapur." 3. Sri L.K. Tripathi, Advocate appearing for the petitioner, after making submissions at some length, does not press the petition. He states that the petitioner will avail appropriate remedy against the order of the trial court, directing the parties to maintain status quo. 3.
