The learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition with liberty to surrender before the learned trial court in within six weeks and pray for regular bail. This criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. In case, the petitioner surrenders before the learned trial court within six weeks and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned trial court without being prejudiced by this order.
