Amarendra Kumar, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri K. Arjun Chowdhary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 2. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the F-line Application submitted by the Writ Petitioner, dated 06.01.2025 (Ex.P.1) (in prayer it is wrongly mentioned as 06.01.2024). Sri K. Arjun Chowdhary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, has submitted the Written Instruction furnished by the Tahsildar of Jangareddygudem Mandal, dated 19.02.2025, along with the photocopy of the Notice issued to the Writ Petitioner, dated 14.02.2025. Copies of it supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same are taken on record. Para 11 of the Written Instruction would indicate that the Tahsidlar, Jangareddygudem Mandal, Eluru District (Respondent No.3) has issued Notice through the Mandal Surveyor on 30.01.2025. The Written Instruction would indicate that the adjacent land owner has requested the Official Respondents to postpone the Survey for a week as he is out of station. A second Notice was issued on 14.02.2025 to the concerned parties including the Writ Petitioner herein informing that the Survey would be conducted 21.02.2025. 3. are on 4. Having regard to the fact that second Notice has been issued to all the parties including the Writ Petitioner on 14.02.2025 indicating that the Survey would take place on 21.02.2025, this Court is not required to consider this matter any further. Therefore, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into the merit, directing the Tahsildar, Jangareddygudem Mandal and the Mandal Surveyor, Jangareddygudem Mandal (Respondent Nos.3 & 4 respectively) to issue final proceedings in accordance with law and supply a copy of final Proceedings to 3 all the interested parties including the Writ Petitioner, forthwith within a period of six (06) weeks from today. 5. Needless to state that the Respondent No.3 is statutorily obligated to adhere to the principles of Natural Justice by issuing advance Notice to all the interested parties including the Writ Petitioner herein, consider their submissions/objections and documents, if any, before passing the final order. 6.
