Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’), inter alia, for setting aside the order dated 08.04.2024 (P-9) passed by respondent No.3- Commissioner of Police, Manesar, District Gurugram, whereby application filed by petitioner to initiate action under Section 182 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short, ‘IPC’), was rejected. 2. After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for petitioner wishes to withdraw the petition “at this stage”, with liberty to take recourse to any other remedy, if available, under law. 3. Disposed off with liberty aforesaid. 4. Needless to say that above observations be not construed as an expression of opinion on the merits of the case.
