Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue order or direction to the court below, Civil Judge (Junior Division) Fast Court no.- 1, Varanasi to make every possible effort to conclude the proceedings in O. S. no. 764/2015 (Kamala Rai Vs Jhallar) within justifiable and reasonable time limit. Issue a order or direction to the court below concerned to ensure the presence of the contesting parties on each and date fixed and if any of the party would preferred noncooperation by way of non presence or otherwise he may put on penal caste for the same each date fixed in the court proceedings." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned case is pending consideration since 2015 and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Fast Court no.1 to decide the above- mentioned case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within eighteen months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties as well as giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided there is no other legal impediment.
