While being so, on instructions made by the 3rd respondent, the 2nd respondent had frozen the petitioner's account and did not permit the petitioner to operate his account on the ground that some of the crime proceeds, transferred to the petitioner’s account. It is submitted that the disputed amount which was allegedly transferred to the petitioner’s account is a sum of Rs.21,000/-. 3.In view of the above, the 2nd respondent is directed to mark a lien over the petitioner's account to the tune of Rs.21,000/- and permit the petitioner to operate his account with respect of the remaining amount.
