ORDER 31.05.2025 When this case has come up to be taken up for consideration, learned senior counsel appearing for petitioner has stated that petitioner has made an application before Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar, for confirmation of oral gift under SRO 367, which was forward by him to Tehsildar, Chanapora/ Natipora, and report sought. Learned senior counsel for petitioner states that Tehsildar concerned has submitted all the papers. The only grievance of petitioner is that his application has not been
disposed of/decided till date and same may be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law expeditiously. Mr. Jahingeer A Dar, GA, who is present in the Court, was asked to assist in this case. In view of submissions of learned senior counsel for parties, this petition shall stand disposed of and Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar, before whom the application has been made by petitioner for confirmation of oral gift under SRO 367, is directed to dispose of the same within a reasonable time preferably within two months, of course, in accordance with the provisions of law.
