PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following Order: This Criminal Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioners/A3 and A6, seeking bail, in Crime No.303 of 2024 of Nakkapalli Police Station, Anakapalle District. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioners and others for the offences under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C), 25 read with 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. 3. Case of the prosecution is that on 19.10.2024 at 10.00 am, on receipt of credible information regarding illegal possession and transportation of ganja, the S.I. of Police, along with staff, reached NH- 16 road, Kagitha Junction, Nakkapalli Mandal and started conducting vehicle checking. They found one car bearing registration no.MH 14 DA 2 6056 proceeding towards Tuni and on seeing police, the inmates in the car stopped the car and tried to run away. Police apprehended two persons who are A3 and A6 and on interrogation, they disclosed their identity particulars and police seized 146 kgs of ganja from them. They were arrested and got remanded to judicial custody on 22.10.2024. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. Earlier bail application in Criminal Petition No.179 of 2025 filed by the petitioners herein was dismissed by this Court by its order dated 22.01.2025. To entertain the present application filed by the petitioners herein, there is no change in circumstances. 6. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. _______________________ K.
