In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to consider the representations dated 24th October, 2013 (Annexure-D), 22nd September, 2021 (Annexure-E) and 26th June, 2025 (Annexure-J) filed by the petitioner for removing the entry 'Sarkari Pada' in the RTC extracts and to effect the revenue entries in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land bearing Survey No.15 (New Survey No.15/3A1) of Harohalli Village, Sasallu Hobli, Doddaballapur Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District. 3. Heard Sri. Anand Ramachandra Dass, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. Navya Shekhar, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the writ papers, the same would indicate that the name of the father of petitioner has been removed from the revenue records by the respondent. In that - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:24891 WP No. 19894 of 2025 view of the matter, it is open for the petitioner herein to challenge the order passed by the respondent, removing the name of the father of petitioner in the revenue records pertaining to the land in question. Accordingly, reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of removing the name of the petitioner in the revenue records pertaining to land in question by the respondent, writ petition is dismissed.
