The instant petition has been filed for the following relief: "issue an order or direction exercising its supervisory powers under Article 227 of the Constitution of India directing the Rent Control Authority/ Additional District Magistrate (Finance & Revenue), Bijnor to adjudicate and decide the Rent Case No.2972 of 2021 (Computer No.D202113160002972) (earlier Case No.2 of 2021) within such time as so granted by this Hon'ble Court preferably, on day to day hearing basis, else the petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the proceeding at the instance of petitioner/ landlord is pending before Rent Control Authority/ Additional District Magistrate (Finance & Revenue), Bijnor since 2021. He further submitted that the true copy of order sheet of the case has been annexed as Annexure No.3 to the petition in order to demonstrate that the case is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case and keeping in view of the facts and circumstances, Rent Control Tribunal Authority/ Additional District Magistrate (Finance & Revenue), Bijnor is directed to decide the aforementioned Rent Case No.2972 of 2021 (Computer No.D202113160002972) (earlier Case No.2 of 2021) after giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him. 5.
