By way of this application, the applicant has prayed for condonation of delay of 20 days which has occurred in preferring the Misc. Civil Application No.37564 of 2025 for restoration of the Special Civil Application No.26692 of 2025. 3. The delay is explained in paragraph-2 of the memorandum of application. It is mainly contended by the learned advocate for the applicant that due to miscommunication between the advocate and the clerk the office objections could not be C/CA/6041/2025 ORDER DATED: 22/12/2025 removed within stipulated period of time. 4. Going through the contents of the application this Court is of the view that the explanation rendered by the applicant requires consideration and delay is required to be condoned. Accordingly, the delay of 20 days which has occurred in preferring the Misc. Civil Application No.37564 of 2025 for restoration of the Special Civil Application No.26692 of 2025 is condoned.
