No. 780 of 2025 __________ Page2 of 4 ORDER This Arbitration Original Petition has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to appoint a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties in connection with the Contract dated 30.09.2021 bearing reference No.INQ024844/MUM/0001. 2. Heard Ms.Mahima Makhija, learned counsel for Mr.Eswars, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Divya Praveen Kumar Jain, learned counsel for the respondent. 3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the respective learned counsels appearing for the parties would submit that they have no objection for appointment of an Arbitrator to enter upon the dispute that had arisen between the parties. Hence, they request this Court to appoint an Arbitrator to resolve the dispute. 4. In view of the consent that has been expressed by the learned counsel appearing on either side, I am inclined to appoint Mr.K.Gowtham Kumar, Advocate, Enrolment No:1405/2007, having address at Old No.83A, New No.20A, Luz Avenue, 5th Street, Mylapore, Chennai – 600 004, (Mobile No:98406 67863) as Sole Arbitrator to enter upon the dispute between the petitioner and the respondents. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Arb O.P(COM.DIV.)
