It appears that the Tractor of the petitioner was taken into custody by the police as unclaimed property and a report in this behalf was submitted by the Inspector concerned on 26.6.2024 to S.D.M., Siddharth Nagar. The Case of the petitioner is that he has filed an application before the S.D.M. on 14.6.2024 but till date the Tractor has not been released. 2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents very fairly states that the respondent no. 2 be directed to take decision on the pending application. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 2 to take decision on the application of the petitioner dated 14.6.2024 (annexure-3) within four weeks from the date of communication of the instant order alongwith photocopy of the application. .
