Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the written instructions furnished by the Investigating Officer, wherein it is stated that the involvement of the petitioner is not established in the present crime. 3. In view of the said statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, as the petitioner is not shown as an accused in the present crime i.e., Crime No.392 of 2023 of Ongole I Town Police Station, no orders are required to be passed in the present Criminal Petition. Therefore, the present Criminal Petition is liable to be closed. 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed.
