In view of the above, without commenting upon the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2/Senior Superintendent of Police, Mansa to look into the representations dated 19.06.2025 & 20.06.2025 (Annexures P-4 & P-5) and decide the same after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of two weeks.
