No.1612 of 2025 O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed seeking appropriate directions to enforce the subsisting order dated 01.02.2023, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sirkazhi, in DVC No.27 of 2017 and to direct the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sirkazhi, to take immediate coercive action, including issuance of a Look-Out Circular (LOC) and securing the respondents for non-compliance of the order. 2. Mr.K.M.D. Muhilan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. 3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is not pressing this petition in respect of the respondents 5 to 7 and thereby, notice may be ordered to the 4th respondent alone. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is closed as not pressed insofar as the respondents 5 to 7 are concerned. 5. Issue notice to the 4th respondent, returnable in four weeks. Private notice is also permitted. 6.
