As per the Office report dated 14.02.2025, based on the report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mathura, dated 30.01.2025, the sole appellant-Sarnam son of Chhattar died on 28.9.2008 in District - Palwal, Haryana. Statements of Sub Inspector, Rahul Kumar, Nand Kishor, representing concerned Corporator, Vijay Singh, nephew of deceased, and Lakshmi Naryana, have been recorded in this regard. 3. The appeal, accordingly, stands abated. 4. However, it is directed that record of present appeal shall remain connected with Criminal Appeal No.275 of 2001.
