1. The petitioner has sought for consideration of representation whereby she claims that the hand written entries in her name in RTC were discontinued at the time of digitization after the year 2002 and accordingly, have represented to the authorities to continue her name in the revenue records. - 3 -

2. Learned Additional Government Advocate has filed an endorsement to the effect that her name cannot be continued as the lands with respect to which she is seeking continuation of entries is forest land. 3. While the learned Additional Government Advocate relies on the endorsement and submits upon instructions that the grant relied on by the petitioner are concocted, however, the learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has records which would indicate that the grants were by the Government Authorities and they have necessary records in support of the same. 4. Noticing the nature of dispute being factual, it would be appropriate to relegate the petitioner to challenge the endorsement in terms of scheme of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 under Section 49. 5. All contentions of the petitioner are kept open.
The possession of the petitioner to be protected till the interim relief is considered by the Appellate Authority while
