The following prayers have been made in the instant writ petition:- " i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the concerned respondents Ist set to comply with the order of temporary injunction passed in temporary injunction application (Paper No.6-C) filed in Civil Suit No.669 of 2021 (Bhulai Ram Vs. Vinod Kumar and others). ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents Ist Set to provide the police protection /security to the petitioner for his life and property. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner after making brief submissions does not press the writ petition and reserves liberty in favour of the petitioner to seek appropriate relief from the civil court or by such other mode as may be advised. 3.
